SUP stands for Stand Up Paddleboard. It is a water sport where you propel yourself on a floating platform, through the water, using a paddle. SUP dates back thousands of years across many continents but its current form originated in Hawaii in the 1900’s.
All of our classes are beginner friendly (unless otherwise stated). You do not need any SUP or yoga experience to join. You are, however, required to know how to swim.
To sign up for any of our regular classes you can click the ‘sign up’ button next to the class you would like to join. Alternatively, you can email info@h2floyoga.com and we can add you to the class.
Absolutely! To book a private or group lesson please email info@h2floyoga.com

We sure can! If you have your own pool or community lake and would like to receive a private or group lesson just email us at info@h2floyoga.com and we will set everything up.

If a class is cancelled, you will receive an email from us to let you know. We will provide you the option of a full refund or a credit for your next class.

For the safety of all of our students, and also for the safety of our lakes, all equipment used by our students will be wiped down and sanitized after every use in accordance with current safety standards.

To sign up for an event or retreat please email info@h2floyoga.com and indicate which event or retreat you would like to join.
Your cell phone (in case you get lost or cannot find the group), a change of clothes, a towel, and a water bottle are all recommended. Sunscreen (if it’s sunny) or a windbreaker/sweater (if it’s chilly) are great to have. Things like sunglasses and hats can fly off or fall and end up in the water so they are not recommended (but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable!). If you require glasses to see, consider bringing something that will prevent them from falling off your face and into the water.

Due to weather and water conditions we may need to cancel a class from time to time. We will notify you of a cancelation at least two hours prior to your class start time (but often 5-10 hours prior). It is not fun (and often dangerous) to paddle or practice yoga in high winds, choppy waters or storms and we want to provide you with the best experience possible! Sometimes these conditions exist even when it is warm and sunny out.

For our regular classes, most of our locations have public washrooms. However there will not be change rooms or lockers. It’s best to leave your valuables at home, to lock them in your car or to store them in the dry bag we will provide you with.
